Pozdravljena,
Hvala, ker si zašla na mojo spletno stran in če te zanima kako izgleda moj pregled, je to
prvi znak, da si pripravljena na spremembo.

samo telo, ampak bistveno več. Hkrati pa je telo tisto, v katerem moramo živeti do konca
življenja, tako da je smislelno da ostajamo v ravnovesju.
Na zahodu gledamo stvari zelo osredotočeno, torej če imamo težave z menstruacijo, se
sfokusiramo na maternico in jajčnike, ne gledamo pa ženske kot celoto. Recimo na vzhodu
vejo, da so te težave lahko povezane z neravnovejsem v vranici ipd, hkrati pa je smisleno
pogledati tudi čustveno raven.
Kako izgleda moj pregled in svetovanje?
Najprej izpolneš spodnji vprašalnik, ki mi da določene osnovne informacije, ko prideš se
najprej pogovoriva o težavah, počutju, čustvenem stanju.
Nato opravim pregled, ki zajema:
pregled oči z iridoskopom
pregled jezika
kontrola pulznih točk, ki povejo veliko o stanju notranjih organov
pogledam kožo oz. Morebitne izpuščaje
pregled jedilnika
Na podlagi ugotovitev sledi svetovanje:
svetujem katerih živil se izogibati, katera živila vključiti v prehrano
Pri prehrani svetujem katere hrane se izogibati v določenem času in zakaj
Svetujem glede sprememb določenih navad – spanje, hidracija,
naučim te določenih vaj, samomasaže in drugih tehnik ipd. glede na tvoje potrebe
Pokažem in naučim te kakšno dihalno tehniko v kolikor menim, da je smiselna
Glede na stanje črevesja se določijo morebitni probiotiki in/ali dodatki (velikokrat se zgodi,
da je absorbcija dodatkov toliko otežena, da se na prvem srečanju nima smisla odločiti za
dodatke)
Zmešam bachove kapljice – osebno mešanico, ki bo pomagal na čustvenem nivoju
Za tole porabiva cca 1 uro, priporočam da se odločiš še za kombinacijo s kraniosakralno
terapijo, ki bo odprla določene blokade in pomagala limfnemu sistemu k boljšemu
delovanju (v tem primeru si rezerviraj skupno cca 2 urci).
Ponoven pregled je smiseln čez 2-3 mesece, v kolikor se seveda upoošteva navodila.
